Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Representative - Healthcare - Remote Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy on insurance and healthcare, developing and implementing policies in accordance with laws
- Investigate and adjudicate claims, responding to provider appeals and resolving issues with trading partners
- Approve remedial actions for escalated claims and advise various stakeholders on healthcare programs
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of related work experience, including office administration
- Intermediate knowledge of operating systems and ability to interpret healthcare guidelines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow written policies and provide feedback to leadership
- Experience in customer service and professional communication
