Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the platform and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Advocate for clients by providing feedback to internal teams and solving problems efficiently
- Collaborate with management to meet corporate goals and improve client experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in Customer Support, preferably in a Call Center environment
- 2+ years of experience with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce
- Experience in SaaS, particularly in legal services, is advantageous
- 1+ years in legal/litigation support preferred
- High school diploma required; advanced studies or equivalent work experience valued
