Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist who will support and advocate for clients while enhancing their experience with the company's services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the platform and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
  • Advocate for clients by providing feedback to internal teams and solving problems efficiently
  • Collaborate with management to meet corporate goals and improve client experience
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in Customer Support, preferably in a Call Center environment
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce
  • Experience in SaaS, particularly in legal services, is advantageous
  • 1+ years in legal/litigation support preferred
  • High school diploma required; advanced studies or equivalent work experience valued
