Key Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive technical support for hardware, software, and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across devices and networks while assisting non-technical users
- Provide concierge-level support for executives, including video conferencing and on-site assistance
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems or Business
- Experience in a Technical Service Desk or related area
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Service Desk or related area (preferred)
- Common industry certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL, or HDI (preferred)
