Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and enhance technology experiences for colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver responsive technical support for hardware, software, and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across devices and networks while assisting non-technical users
  • Provide concierge-level support for executives, including video conferencing and on-site assistance
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems or Business
  • Experience in a Technical Service Desk or related area
  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Service Desk or related area (preferred)
  • Common industry certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL, or HDI (preferred)
