Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email
- Assist business owners, agents, and bookkeepers with insurance audit inquiries
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Able to work Monday through Friday, between 8AM and 6PM MST
- Proficiency in computer systems and databases
- A confident, professional, and self-motivated demeanor
