Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email
  • Assist business owners, agents, and bookkeepers with insurance audit inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Able to work Monday through Friday, between 8AM and 6PM MST
  • Proficiency in computer systems and databases
  • A confident, professional, and self-motivated demeanor
