Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist callers by providing information and connecting them to the appropriate resources
  • Handle and resolve complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collect and enter demographic data into electronic records and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma and at least one year of experience in healthcare or mental health/substance use/intellectual/developmental disability/traumatic brain injury
  • Associate degree or higher preferred, along with one year of relevant experience
  • Bilingual skills preferred for one of the positions
  • Knowledge of NC Medicaid Managed Care system and community resources
  • High level of computer skills and ability to provide technical assistance
