Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in the technology or SaaS industry
- Strong business acumen to articulate how technology solutions deliver measurable value
- Proven ability to lead complex customer relationships with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to identify and execute growth opportunities while driving adoption across customer organizations
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously with high attention to detail
