A company is looking for a Customer Service Analyst to provide support and training for virtual school employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently while resolving issues
- Utilize various tracking systems to monitor and resolve customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments and lead project planning in designated areas
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Education, Education Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience with Pearson Virtual Schools or similar educational programs
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Pearson Connexus
- Commitment to a regular work schedule from 9:00 am EST to 6:00 pm EST
- Technological proficiency, especially with Microsoft OS and Google Applications
