Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Analyst to provide support and training for virtual school employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently while resolving issues
  • Utilize various tracking systems to monitor and resolve customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments and lead project planning in designated areas
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Education, Education Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience with Pearson Virtual Schools or similar educational programs
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Pearson Connexus
  • Commitment to a regular work schedule from 9:00 am EST to 6:00 pm EST
  • Technological proficiency, especially with Microsoft OS and Google Applications
