A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues, referring customers to appropriate personnel when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the formal education requirement
- Experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
