Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues, referring customers to appropriate personnel when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the formal education requirement
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
