Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective customers during their trial, providing guidance and support
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and pricing plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve onboarding materials
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in SMB customer onboarding, customer success, sales, or a related role
- Proven track record of meeting goals and objectives
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain complex products
- Experience with CRM software and onboarding tools
- Familiarity with SaaS or no-code/low-code platforms is preferred
