Associate Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Client Success Manager to support client programs and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage program launches and day-to-day operations for client accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, balancing their goals with internal objectives
• Prepare client reports and facilitate communication among stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• A BS or BA degree
• Demonstrated success in client management, preferably over a minimum of 2 years
• Experience in project management with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Analytical skills with a strong comfort level working with numbers and data
• Experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced work environment
