Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Auto and GL Claims Examiner, II.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret coverage, process, and conclude assigned claims, including investigation and evaluation of Auto and General Liability Casualty Claims
- Oversee and direct outside investigative service providers and collaborate with clients and legal representatives to advance claims to conclusion
- Prepare Loss Reports and assess exposure for accurate reserves and settlement recommendations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in Automobile and General Liability claims
- Must possess a New York State Adjuster License
- Knowledge of claims handling concepts, practices, and techniques
- Computer proficiency is required
