Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding experiences, customizing them to maximize utilization
- Ensure timely project completion and proactive outreach for customer success post-go-live
- Collaborate with internal teams to define best practices and maintain accurate client documentation
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS/BE degree required
- Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to influence decision-making
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- SaaS experience and/or legal experience preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
