Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Support representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the customer-facing team in delivering timely and professional service to assigned clients
  • Assist with back-end operations including invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients
  • Proactively manage the order process to ensure timely fulfillment and communication
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) client or customer service experience highly preferred
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge and align it with client needs
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
