A company is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to work remotely on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team by handling administrative tasks during team members' leave
- Review auto policy changes and manage customer questionnaires
- Contact customers to collect required information and assist with account management tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative in Massachusetts
- Experience servicing and quoting personal lines insurance with multiple carriers
- Active property and casualty license in Massachusetts or Rhode Island
