Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and develop Customer Success Managers to enhance customer outcomes and identify training needs
- Implement strategies to improve customer activation, retention, and satisfaction while meeting performance metrics
- Advocate for team and customer needs by identifying process improvements and collaborating with other departments
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related role
- 1-3 years of management experience or proven leadership in mentoring teams
- Preferred knowledge of real estate
- Experience engaging with C-level customers to drive business relationships
- Ability to navigate and lead in a fast-paced, evolving customer success environment
