Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical customer service role
- Experience with network analysis tools such as Wireshark
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server and Oracle database analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Prior experience with POS systems is a plus
