Job Summary
A company is looking for a macOS Support Engineer (Tier 2-Level, Client-Facing).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support in cross-platform environments, primarily macOS
- Deploy workstations and mobile devices using MDM/RMM tools and custom scripts
- Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems escalated from the Help Desk team
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of full-time IT experience
- 1-2 years experience managing Macs with MDM platforms
- Solid understanding of Apple Business Manager and Automated Deployment Workflows
- Experience with application deployments and patch management
- Proven ability to set customer expectations and a commitment to a client-first mentality
