Key Responsibilities
- Monitor processes for outreach and engagement of patients in the Caption Care service
- Contribute to activities within the broader operations team
- Support operations to outline needs and make recommendations regarding scheduling and call center requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- 3-5 years experience in a call center environment
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar software
- Ability to work independently
