Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of accounts throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal
- Deliver customer training and education on the company's console
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to align solutions with their business goals
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS company
- 1-2 years of experience with a public cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Experience in driving success plans and achieving customer objectives
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and understand their application for customer success
- Accountability and personal organization skills are essential
