Key Responsibilities

• Review organ donor offers for Adult and Pediatric Heart and Lung Transplant Programs
• Communicate with surgeons and Organ Recovery Team Members to facilitate transplant case coordination
• Collaborate with transportation companies and Organ Procurement Organizations for organ recovery logistics

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in hospital or organ procurement organization settings preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of transplant coordination and patient assessment
