Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Customer Success Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve Customer Success programs
- Create short and long-term strategies for customer success programs, including detailed project plans
- Lead integration efforts for customer programs into systems and tools used by customer success and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of industry experience in GTM operations, customer success, or program management within the software or technology industry
- Strong understanding of project management tools and processes
- Basic understanding of data formats and structures (JSON, CSV, SQL/NoSQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of software development and backend product metrics
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage
