Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours triage for hospice and home health patients
• Utilize technology and applications for patient charting and care documentation
• Manage multiple calls efficiently while adhering to protocols and providing empathetic communication

Required Qualifications and Training

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is strongly preferred
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as ED, surgical services, or critical care
• Must complete three weeks of remote paid training
• Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any employer
