A company is looking for a Retention Representative to assist members with health program applications and improve membership retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and document member inquiries regarding program eligibility and application processes
- Build and maintain relationships with members to assist with recertification and promote program benefits
- Complete necessary paperwork and update member information in databases to ensure accurate account management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical skills
- Bilingual in Chinese, Russian, or Spanish preferred
