Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Prior Authorization / Benefits Verification Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient medical records and insurance information to determine authorization requirements and coordinate with practices and insurance companies for pre-authorization
• Gather necessary information to verify benefits insurance coverage and maintain detailed records of verification activities
• Provide expert guidance on mental health front-end processes and propose process enhancements to streamline operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with expertise in prior authorization and benefits verification
• Demonstrated expertise with Spravato benefits verification and prior authorization
• Proficiency in EHR systems and practice management software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter mentality with adaptability to new technologies
