Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to support the implementation and adoption of its software for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing client-facing presentations, documentation, and communications
- Facilitate the implementation process for corporate customers by managing onboarding milestones and deliverables
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer records in core business systems
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of customer success or customer service experience
- Project management and/or customer onboarding experience preferred
- Basic Generative AI experience preferred
- Strong PC skills - proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Exceptional organizational abilities and ability to prioritize responsibilities independently
