Key Responsibilities

• Authorize mechanical repairs on behalf of clients
• Ensure safety-related and scheduled repairs are completed
• Negotiate repair costs and manage client authorization limits

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive experience or equivalent technical education
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Fleet industry experience is a plus
• Some college preferred
• Technical knowledge of automotive repair
