Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join their Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately read, interpret, and enter prescriptions into the computer system
• Contact doctor's offices and insurance companies to ensure accuracy of medication orders
• Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders

Required Qualifications and Education

• 6+ months of experience working in a pharmacy
• Active valid Pharmacy Technician License and/or Certification as required by the State of FL
• Experience with Windows-Based applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to sit or stand for 8-10 hours
