Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Guide customers on consumer-driven health care topics to select optimal benefit plans
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling and navigating health-related websites
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
- Experience with Windows PCs and navigating complex computer systems
- Ability to work full-time, 8-hour shifts during specified business hours
