A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Guide customers on consumer-driven health care topics to select optimal benefit plans
  • Assist customers with appointment scheduling and navigating health-related websites
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
  • Experience with Windows PCs and navigating complex computer systems
  • Ability to work full-time, 8-hour shifts during specified business hours
