Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM/UIM Represented Complex/Severe - Litigation/Arbitration Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate complex, represented claims including UM/UIM claims and specialized claims
• Take recorded statements, resolve loss of use claims, and make payments to appropriate parties
• Negotiate and settle or refer unresolved bodily injury issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience in handling complex claims, particularly in casualty and UM/UIM areas
• Ability to conduct detailed investigations and interpret insurance policies
• Strong customer service orientation and empathy in communication
• Familiarity with California insurance regulations and claims processes
• Remote work capability with a focus on effective communication through various channels
