Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Executive III, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall servicing relationship for assigned clients and coordinate with internal and external leadership
- Strengthen client relationships by overseeing program needs and ensuring day-to-day servicing requests are met
- Serve as a consultant to senior leadership and manage resolution of operational and service issues
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience in client relationship or servicing within the financial services industry
- Experience in driving strategic initiatives and customer success
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Project Management experience preferred
