Key Responsibilities
- Address inquiries from partner agents regarding coverage, underwriting, and billing
- Document all interactions in CRM and policy administration systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill agent requests and share knowledge
Required Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Willingness to take phone calls and answer emails for up to 8 hours a day
- Strong computer skills, preferably with CRM platforms and videoconferencing tools
- Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace for remote work
