Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement member satisfaction and retention strategies across all product lines
- Provide strategic oversight for member experience activities to enhance brand awareness and retention
- Analyze data and adjust strategies to maximize member outcomes and retention efforts
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; MS in a Health Care related field preferred
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience
- 7+ years of experience in Strategic Planning or Business Development
- Preferred background in consumer experience
- Must reside in Illinois
