Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Renewal Specialist to manage customer accounts and execute the renewals process.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and execute customer renewals across multiple product lines and regions
- Ensure quarterly targets are met regarding price increases, agreements, customer churn, and retention
- Maintain accurate data, reporting, and forecasting on assigned renewals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
- 3-5 years of experience in renewals or a similar role
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
- Fluent in English; business fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
