Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Specialist responsible for retaining customers and revenue through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to cancellation requests via phone and email
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues
  • Mark customers as Cancelled or Saved in the system and request credits/refunds when appropriate
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service roles
  • Knowledge of car dealership operations
  • Experience with CRM ticketing systems
  • General computer troubleshooting skills
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required
