A company is looking for a Retention Specialist responsible for retaining customers and revenue through effective communication and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to cancellation requests via phone and email
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues
- Mark customers as Cancelled or Saved in the system and request credits/refunds when appropriate
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service roles
- Knowledge of car dealership operations
- Experience with CRM ticketing systems
- General computer troubleshooting skills
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
