Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality telephonic customer service in a high-volume call-center environment
- Complete accurate data review and entry, including electronic orders into the coordination system
- Ensure regular updates to all case stakeholders and meet departmental production and quality performance expectations
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma
- Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
- Ability to learn and operate corporate proprietary systems
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and other proprietary systems
- Effective multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
