Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Associate Benefit Advisor to guide beneficiaries in selecting health insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult and advise clients over the phone on health insurance options
• Meet daily sales metrics and goals in a call center environment
• Navigate multiple computer applications and systems while assisting clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current, valid Health License or ability to obtain one
• Previous sales experience or a strong desire to grow in sales
• Strong technical skills for navigating multiple systems
• Ability to work in a seasonal role until December 8th
