Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls from external customers, providing prompt and courteous support
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry, document processing, and electronic mail preparation
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely handling of information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of office support experience or relevant training
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 95% accuracy; familiarity with 10-key is preferred
- Proficiency with basic office equipment and Microsoft Word and Excel
