Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls from external customers, providing prompt and courteous support
  • Perform clerical tasks including data entry, document processing, and electronic mail preparation
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely handling of information
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months of office support experience or relevant training
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 95% accuracy; familiarity with 10-key is preferred
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment and Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Reliable internet connection through a hard-wired ISP
