Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer escalations and provide guidance to contact center representatives
- Field customer service inquiries and transactions of varying complexity for assigned market areas
- Maintain customer accounts by processing service changes and billing requests while ensuring adherence to service standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited)
- One (1) year of previous customer service experience
- Must live and work in the U.S
- Ability to set up and maintain remote work equipment, including high-speed internet and a private workspace
- Consistent above-average performance in current position for a minimum of 12 months
