Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage contract renewals and ensure customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the contract renewal cycle for assigned customers, including creating and delivering accurate renewal quotes
- Proactively identify customer needs and concerns prior to contract expiration and document all client interactions
- Collaborate with sales teams for upsell opportunities and prepare reports on customer renewal statuses
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Development, or Business Development
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company or K12 industry preferred
- Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM solutions; experience with Gainsight is a plus
- Ability to understand clients' buying cycles and demonstrate a proactive approach to customer needs
