Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Care Supervisor to manage call center customer service agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of 15-25 customer service agents handling inbound calls
  • Manage performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in call center productivity
  • Provide team motivation and development to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of call center management experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Strong supervisory experience including staff development
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven ability to drive sales through the actions of others
