Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication around customer support inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Maintain accurate records and tickets for support requests
- Assist customers with navigation and compliance workflows, escalating issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a regulated industry or significant cannabis industry experience; two to four years for Tier II position
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
- Stable internet connection and designated workspace for remote work
- Familiarity with Windows, iOS, and Mac operating systems
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
