Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
- Experience managing a large book of business at scale
- Background in the security or compliance industry is preferred
- Proven track record of customer retention and satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
