Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
  • Experience managing a large book of business at scale
  • Background in the security or compliance industry is preferred
  • Proven track record of customer retention and satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
