A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries from customers
- Provide troubleshooting for hardware and software issues and escalate unresolved problems
- Input accurate information into the ticketing system while ensuring service expectations are met
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of technical customer service experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Competency in Internet navigation, Microsoft Office Tools, and Windows
- Must adhere to a training schedule and be flexible with shift changes
