Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Solutions Helpdesk Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Helpdesk support for troubleshooting and resolving staff service requests
- Oversee laptop management, including inventory, procurement, and end-of-life processes
- Assist with IT administration, including managing SaaS applications and Google Workspace
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred or equivalent education and relevant experience in Information Technology
- Two years or more of experience in end-user and desktop support
- Strong experience with Windows and Apple laptops
- Experience with Google Workspace administration is strongly preferred
- Experience in a global association environment or not-for-profit is preferred
