Job Summary
A company is looking for a Women's Health Patient Advocate - Outbound (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients and healthcare providers through phone, email, and live chat
- Handle inquiries regarding products, insurance billing, and lab test results
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt handling of orders and customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare/biotechnology
- Experience using customer service applications, such as Service Cloud and Salesforce
- BA/BS preferred but not required
- Minimum speed/bandwidth requirements: 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Hardworking individual who enjoys teamwork and supporting others
