Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Patient Assistance Program
- Make outbound calls to assist Patients/Health Care Providers with inquiries and application documentation
- Utilize training and resources to address patient/HCP program-related questions and complete necessary documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm EST, Monday - Friday
- Completion of a 5-week training program
- Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with application processes and documentation in a call center environment
