Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Spanish-speaking customers with enrollment and updates to health care and pension plans through various communication channels
  • Safeguard confidential information while providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintain documentation of calls and participate in team meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent Spanish language skills and the ability to translate calls into grammatically correct English notes
  • Experience in a customer service environment and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • High school degree required; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment and adhere to a structured work schedule
  • Experience in a call center environment is advantageous
