A company is looking for a Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Seasonal Colleague.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with enrollment and updates to health care and pension plans through various communication channels
- Safeguard confidential information while providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Maintain documentation of calls and participate in team meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
- Excellent Spanish language skills and the ability to translate calls into grammatically correct English notes
- Experience in a customer service environment and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- High school degree required; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment and adhere to a structured work schedule
- Experience in a call center environment is advantageous
