Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a medical office or call-center setting
  • Proficient in translating health care-related jargon into simple instructions
  • Ability to work full time with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during business hours
