- Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members or internal customers
- Handle escalated calls, resolving more complex customer issues
- Guide and educate customers on health care topics and assist with appointment scheduling
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a medical office or call-center setting
- Proficient in translating health care-related jargon into simple instructions
- Ability to work full time with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during business hours
