Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Advocate to support members in navigating healthcare and insurance benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance in health insurance and employer benefits through various communication channels
- Assist new customers with onboarding and selecting appropriate health plans
- Support members with care journey issues, including provider searches and claims assistance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience in social work, patient advocacy, or health coaching preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
- Some knowledge of healthcare and/or insurance benefits preferred
- Comfortable with remote work and modern web applications
- Values-oriented and adaptable to change in a startup environment
