A company is looking for a Market Support Representative for Group Insurance.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and brokers
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet customer expectations and manage service-related requests
• Assist in renewal preparation and manage service requests through Salesforce CRM

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or insurance
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Develops credibility with internal and external partners
• College degree preferred but not required
